Les Fleurs de Bach Travels was the first Elixir our founder tried from Les Fleurs de Bach, and it convinced us immediately that we needed to carry these products at Ayla.

Travels Elixir was created by a wonderful little company based in Paris that is devoted to the preparation of the most effective Bach flower essences in the world (read about their exacting methods here). Bach flower essences — which have been used for over 70 years to treat a variety of ailments — were originally developed by Dr. Edward Bach, a British surgeon, homeopath, and bacteriologist who believed that physical illnesses are often the result of mental imbalances. Reflecting Dr. Bach’s own medical background, these essences have been clinically proven to help balance emotions, thus allowing the body and mind to focus on healing themselves. 

Now packaged in a handy spray bottle, Travels Elixir features a blend of Hornbeam, Honeysuckle, Scleranthus, Walnut, Olive, Elm, and Aspen essences mixed with organic brandy. It works to restore calmness during travel and prevent jet lag with no side effects — just remarkable effects, as all three of our testers have noted (and Dara takes it with her on every single trip where she’s crossing time zones).
