It darkens and separates lashes perfectly and evenly, helping them hold a curl. What separates it from the pack, though, is that the creamy formula dries very quickly, which means that it is one of the least-likely-to-smudge clean mascaras we’ve tried. And it washes right off 
— no tugging or pulling required — which makes it particularly kind to lashes and lids.
