M Picaut Precious Eye Cream

M Picaut Precious Eye Cream was added to our shelves after multiple calls for a creamier eye cream…and one in a pump, not in a jar. Thankfully, this one not only met both criteria, but surprised us with its utter dreaminess and all-around efficacy.

For starters, like several of the products in the M Picaut line, this one has been packed with peptides, which in this case promote microcirculation and stimulate collagen synthesis while also plumping up fine lines. It also boasts signature M Picaut botanicals like sea buckthorn, rich in vitamin C and essential fatty acids; phragmites karka, which doesn’t sound like it but is actually a very calming grass; and poria cocos, a type of mushroom that helps restore skin’s moisture.

And beyond that, it’s just lovely. It smells similar to M Picaut’s Skin Perfect Moisturiser, and it’s similarly plush, but not so rich that it’ll interfere with eye makeup. And we do love the pump. Mette shared a little trick with us, too: if you want to be more parsimonious with this cream than the pump seems to allow, you can get less out of it by gently pressing the pump against the back of your hand.
