We normally only carry physical sunblocks, but we made an exception for MDSolarSciences’ Quick Dry Body Spray SPF 40 because it contains three of the safest chemical sunscreens; it’s effective; and it’s so easy to use that it might convince some people who otherwise wouldn’t ‘screen up to do so. The super-light, non-greasy, fast-drying finish will thrill even the most sunscreen-averse, and it’s water-resistant up to 80 minutes. This non-comedogenic formula has also been enriched with antioxidants to provide further protection from the sun.

This is a beach bag must-have, and if you’re going to use a spray, this is the healthiest and most effective one we’ve found. Like all the sunscreens we carry, it’s reef safe — and the non-aerosol system keeps propellant in the can, not in the environment (or on your skin).
