Instead of using fluoride, the cavity fighter that’s in many toothpaste formulas but that isn’t something you necessarily want in your body, RiseWell Mineral Toothpaste uses hydroxyapatite to safely build and protect the enamel in your teeth, which has a variety of benefits: it fights plaque, it can keep cavities at bay, and it whitens without stripping the enamel on your teeth. The added bonus? It’s so healthy that you can even eat it. (But please don’t. There are so many other good things to eat that are actual food. This just means that you don’t need to rinse and spit as you normally would.)
