All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

We ship via DHL or FedEx for reliable and trackable delivery. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after shipping.
Free Shipping
For orders over $50, enjoy free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after shipping.
International Shipping Note
We proudly ship globally, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

Key Return Information
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unopened and in original packaging
- Return Shipping: Customer responsible for return shipping costs
- Refund Processing: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
Our Return & Exchange Process
Before initiating a return, please ensure your item meets these criteria:
- Return request is made within 15 days of delivery
- Product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- All original tags and labels are attached

- Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
- Order Number and Date
- Product(s) to return with quantity
- Reason for return
- Your shipping address
- Confirmation that products are unopened
Within 1-2 business days, you’ll receive a return authorization email with instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include this RMA number with your return.
Package your items securely and include:
- The RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package
- A copy of your original order confirmation or packing slip
- All items in their original condition and packaging

Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Exchanges: Shipped via your original shipping method within 3-5 business days of receipt
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Opened or used personal care items
- Products from our Bath & Shower category that have been opened
- Any Masks & Scrubs that have been unsealed
- Opened Cleansers and Body Moisturizers
- Drinks & Infusions for consumption safety reasons
Additional Return Information
Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
International Returns: We accept international returns, but customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional shipping fees associated with the return.
