TEK’s boar bristle brush is an indispensable tool for fine hair. It’s a favorite of hair experts in Italy, and we could see why when we watched how well it performed in the hands of a professional: our favorite local hair stylist, Bradley Crane, used it on one of our team members and almost magically smoothed and volumized her hair — just with the brush. No products or hot tools. (It’s simple, too. Just tease the underside of hair, section by section, and gently smooth the top when you’re done. You’ll see perfectly volumized hair with no static. Marvelous.)

We also love using this particular brush to encourage shine and gently care for extensions. Our favorite way to use it, though, might be to smooth hair perfectly into a flawless ponytail, bun, or chignon.
