• Free Shipping: For orders over $50, enjoy free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after shipping.

International Shipping

We proudly ship globally, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns and Refunds

Return Window

We accept returns within 15 days from the delivery date.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unopened and in original packaging
• All original tags and labels must be attached
• Return request must be made within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

• Opened or used personal care items
• Products from our Bath & Shower category that have been opened
• Any Masks & Scrubs that have been unsealed
• Opened Cleansers and Body Moisturizers
• Drinks & Infusions for consumption safety reasons

Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Wait for authorization and RMA number
3. Ship your return with the RMA number clearly visible
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

International Returns

We accept international returns, but customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional shipping fees associated with the return.
